Delete my Animals account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Animals and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap “Delete my account”.
  3. Confirm (password, or the word asked for an Apple or Google account).

Deletion is immediate.

Without the app

Email quentin.michaud.pro@gmail.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, devices, and every pet you own with its history, reminders, expenses, photos, documents, public pages and alerts. You also leave the pets shared with you, whose data stays with their owner.

Nothing is kept after deletion, except what the law requires. Cancel any subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account.
