Animals

Terms of use

The service

Animals helps you track your animals’ life and health: journal, reminders, expenses, documents, sharing. The app does not replace a vet’s advice: if in doubt about your animal’s health, see a professional.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and what you save in it. You can delete it anytime from Profile › Delete my account; your data is then erased.

Subscriptions

The Essential (up to 3 animals) and Family (unlimited) plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions managed by the App Store or Google Play. The 7-day free trial becomes a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. You manage and cancel the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Sharing

Only an animal’s owner pays; invited people use the owner’s subscription for that animal. The owner picks their role and can remove them anytime.

Booklet scan and generated content

The scan reads your health booklet with artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes: check each suggested entry before saving it.

Lost pet: page and alerts

When you turn it on, the public page is visible to anyone with the link or QR code. You choose what it shows and can turn it off anytime. Alerts sent to nearby users (2 km by default, 10 km at most) are only for a pet that is really lost and that you own, placed where it was lost: no ads, jokes or offensive content. They are limited (one per pet every 7 days, 3 per month) and misuse may lead to account suspension. Every listing of the lost pets list can be reported from the app; we review reports and may remove a listing or suspend an account.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app reliable, but cannot guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Reminders depend on your phone’s notifications.
